SB in red shirt. To his immediate right is 2nd place finisher, Bernie Boetcher, to his left in black is 3rd place finisher, Dan Vega. Larry Dewitt, who is doing the "Leadman", wearing a white sleeveless shirt, has his back to the camera. He went off course and ran an extra half an hour, but he returned to where he left the course and made a respectable finish. Three other "Leadman" competitors went off course, but were disqualified when they rejoined the course further on. "Leadmen" complete five races in the course of the summer, two ultra mountain bike races (50 and 100 miles), the Leadville Trail Marathon, 10K, and the Leadville 100 (miles). Posted by Picasa
