I ran on a 10-person team (Mountain Madness) Friday and Saturday in the Outward Bound Colorado Relay -- 170 miles from Idaho Springs to Glenwood Springs, over 3 mountain passes. Lots of "weather" for "character building". Wonderful way to meet people and make new friends! Runners are a special breed.
