Paul Sullivan and Dan Vega on the Waldo Canyon Trail. Today we ran from Manitou Springs-Ute Trail-Waldo Canyon Trail-Long Ranch Road-Barr Trail. It took about 3hrs28min. I think it's about 22 miles, but we count time not distance when running mtn trails...especially in the snow...
