Did our military use White Phosphorous in Fallujah?

Color me confused. The Pentagon is denying the use of White Phosphorous, a napalm-like substance banned by International treaties. Yet an embedded reporter reported on its use here, and the Army itself in an official after action report confirms its use.

Watch the documentary that is causing the hubub: Fallujah: The Hidden Massacre, A Film by Sigfrido Ranucci. You'll find it on truthout's web site.

Curiouser and curiouser....
